We offer the following services through the Site:

• Astrocartography readings. Live video sessions, recorded video readings, and written readings that explore your birth chart in relation to geographic lines.
• Custom travel itineraries. Day-by-day travel plans aligned with your astrocartography chart, preferences, and budget.
• Complimentary quiz. A short questionnaire that collects your birth information and travel preferences to generate preliminary results.

All astrocartography readings, travel itineraries, and quiz results provided by Wander the Stars are offered for entertainment and personal reflection purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional advice of any kind.

Readings and itineraries are not medical, psychological, legal, financial, investment, or travel-safety advice. They do not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. They do not guarantee any specific outcome in your life, relationships, career, or travels. Any decisions you make based on a reading or itinerary are your own, and you accept full responsibility for those decisions.

You acknowledge that traveling to any destination involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, property loss, travel disruption, and unforeseen events. Wander the Stars does not book flights, hotels, tours, or any third-party travel services on your behalf unless explicitly stated in writing. You are solely responsible for:

• Researching and booking your own travel arrangements
• Obtaining appropriate travel insurance
• Verifying visa, passport, and entry requirements
• Assessing safety conditions at any destination
• Your personal safety, health, and well-being during travel

We are not a travel agency, tour operator, or licensed travel advisor. Any destination suggestions in a reading or itinerary are based on astrological interpretation and your stated preferences, not on a safety assessment or professional travel recommendation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wander the Stars and Macy Stokes shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Site or any services purchased through it. This includes, without limitation:

• Dissatisfaction with a reading, itinerary, or quiz result
• Travel outcomes, disruptions, or injuries
• Decisions made based on astrological interpretations
• Bookings made with third-party providers
• Loss of data, including quiz results or saved information

You agree that the total liability of Wander the Stars for any claim arising from these Terms or any service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for any reading, itinerary, or quiz result once it has been delivered to you. "Delivered" means the reading has been conducted (for live sessions), the recording or written document has been sent (for recorded or written readings), or the itinerary has been provided (for custom itineraries).

Promotional, discounted, or complimentary services carry no cash value and are not eligible for refund or exchange. If a session is canceled by Wander the Stars, we will offer to reschedule at no additional cost.

Live video sessions are scheduled based on availability. Session times are subject to confirmation and approval by Wander the Stars. For live video and phone call readings, you will receive a request to confirm the scheduled time. The booking is not fully confirmed until you receive a confirmation from us.

If you need to reschedule a live session, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests but cannot guarantee availability.

All readings, itineraries, quiz results, and other content provided by Wander the Stars are protected by copyright and are intended for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, or otherwise commercialize any reading, itinerary, or result without our prior written consent.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. Please review our Privacy Policy for details.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with the updated date. Your continued use of the Site or purchase of services after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
