• Birth data. Your full name, birth date, birth time (if known), and birth place (city, country). This is essential for generating your astrocartography chart and cannot be provided without it.
• Contact information. Your email address, used to send you quiz results, booking confirmations, and reading deliveries.
• Quiz and booking details. Your travel preferences, intentions, budget, bucket list items, and any notes you provide during the quiz or booking process.
• Payment information. We do not store your credit card number. Payments are processed securely through Stripe, our payment processor.
• Account information. If you create an account, we store your email and an encrypted password hash to authenticate you.

We use your information to:

• Generate your astrocartography chart and quiz results
• Deliver readings and itineraries to you by email or video
• Schedule and confirm live video or phone call sessions
• Process payments and send booking confirmations
• Allow you to log in and access your saved results and bookings
• Communicate with you about your services and respond to inquiries

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We do not use your birth data, email, or quiz answers for advertising or marketing purposes beyond sending you the services you requested.

We rely on the following trusted third parties to operate our services. Each has its own privacy policy governing how they handle your data:

• Stripe processes all payments. Your card information never touches our servers.
• Supabase hosts our database and authentication system, where your account, quiz results, and booking records are stored.
• Mailgun delivers transactional emails such as quiz results, booking confirmations, and reading deliveries.

We retain your personal information for as long as needed to provide the services you purchased. Quiz results and booking records are kept so you can access them through your account. If you request deletion, we will remove your personal data from our active systems within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain records of transactions.

We use minimal local storage on your device to:

• Save your quiz progress so you can return to it
• Maintain your authenticated session when you log in
• Remember your preferences (such as selected travel style)

We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. You can clear local storage at any time through your browser settings, though doing so will log you out and may remove saved quiz data.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
• Delete your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements
• Opt out of any future communications by clicking the unsubscribe link in our emails

Our services are intended for individuals 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted password storage, secure database hosting, and payment processing through Stripe. However, no method of transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
